Essential Job Functions:
Experience in selling telecommunication products like PBXs to contact center
Experience in selling software solutions to contact centers
Experience as an account executive and ability to penetrate large accounts
Experience with selling IVR/VRU solutions
Experience with selling outbound/dialer solutions
Experience with CRM / CTI sales
Experience in selling software implementation services and add on products
Experience in selling managed services to enterprises
Experience as in Genesys solutions and Genesys services is big plus
Display a high level of professionalism in all aspects of the role
Possesses outstanding organizational and time management skills
Generate leads on own
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
Is a team player with solid leadership and interpersonal skills
Can demonstrate a strong sense of business acumen
Has a good understanding of IT and can communicate and work together with IT professionals throughout the sales process
Able to manage all aspects of the sales process
Promptly follows-up on marketing leads developing avenues to potential clients using creative and professional sales techniques
Can determine the needs of the customer and make recommendations to our product line accordingly
Willing to travel as necessary (could be extensive)
