We are seeking Jr Recruiters / Sr Recruiters / Account Managers who have experience recruiting for the US market (Night Shift) or Domestic market. Positions are based out of Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh) and Trichy (Tamil Nadu)
Sr Recruiters:
• Should have 2-4yrs of experience in recruiting for the domestic or overseas market.
• Should have experience sourcing resumes on portals, non traditional sources.
• Should have supported large volume Job Orders with sound ability to multitask.
• Should have out of the box recruiting techniques.
• Strong screening and negotiating skills.
• Any experience in head hunting would be a big plus.
• Experience with Technology Recruiting would be a ideal to have.
• Should have the right attitude and drive to stay on overdrive
• Should have good communication skills
• Strong willingness to Learn
• Experience working with a US based consulting firm and if you have recruited for (Tech Mahindra, TCS, Cognizant, HCL, Infosys, L&T, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture etc) would be a big plus.

• Should have 1-2yrs of experience recruiting for the domestic or overseas market.

• Experience with IT recruiting would be a ideal to have.

• Should have experience in mining accounts and growing accounts.
• Should have the ability to motivate and drive the recruiting team.
• Sound knowledge of recruiting skills.
• Should have out of the box recruiting techniques.
• Strong screening and negotiating skills.
• Should have the right attitude and drive to stay on overdrive
• Should have good communication skills
• Strong willingness to Learn
• Experience managing clients like Tech Mahindra, TCS, Cognizant, HCL, Infosys, L&T, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture etc) would be a big plus.
