1. Strong C# programming experience is required (additional experience with WPF is preferred).
2. Strong experience building connected, service-oriented applications is required (WCF preferred).
3. Strong.Net programming experience is required.
4. Should have Strong XML/XSLT programming experience with oracle back end
5. .Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
7. Excellent analytical and design skills are required
8. Should have experience in creating Crystal Reports.
Resposibilities :
The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Technical Architecture Designing Solutions Using Microsoft Tools And .Net ( VC++, C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, XML, XSLT, Webservices and with oracle back end).
Should Display Leadership Qualities and Should Have Lead Teams For Interim Goals/Projects.
Should Have Worked As A Tech Lead /Senior Software Engineer And Handling Team Size For Minimum 2 Yrs
Should Be Able To Perform Reviews And Recommend Best Practices For Technical Solutions
Should Be Able To Recommend Best Practices For Code Reuse, Better Scalability, Performance And Availability.
Desired Skills :
Should Have A Good Collaborative Attitude And Be Able To Conduct Internal Training Sessions And Process Improvement Initiatives As And When Necessary
Key Skills : , .Net, C#, SQL Server, XML
VC++, Microsoft Certifications ( More preferable)
Work Experience : 4 - 8 Years
Qualification : B.Tech/B.E, M.C.A.,
