Job Description:
• Review and validate customer's requirement.
• Coordinate with team and technology head for project need analysis and progress to ensure service delivery.
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly development related activities during the project.
• Organize work schedules based on priorities
• Control resources as per work requirements & Monitor resources and performance of the team.
• Act as liaison between the project managers and the software developers.
• Ensure quality & reliability of code from the development team by conducting a smoke testing and code reviews for their deliverables per development task.
• Participate in the project architecture exercise, and assumes responsibility for ongoing data architecture for the project.
• Conduct researches and proof of concepts.
• Lead the software development team through software projects and assign tasks based on the breakdown of tasks and follow up on tasks progress.
• Act as a technical reference for the team by providing technical guidance.
Skills Required:
Highly skilled in VC++, C# , WCF, WPF, WWF, ASP.Net programming and advance technologies on .net framework
Expert in MSSQL database design
Must have handled team of developers
Must have delivered at-least 3 projects on .Net /C#
Must have good knowledge in CSS, Javascript, AJAX, HTML, OOPS, Win Forms, Silver Light etc.
Should have Strong XML/XSLT programming experience with oracle back end
Excellent analytical and design skills are required
Should have experience in creating Crystal Reports.
Must have knowledge in LinQ & MVC.

Exposure in building real time , scalable applications
Good aptitude skills are mandatory.
