Job Description
Handling client follow-ups & queries, Maintaining database, Emailing, Problem solving ability, Positive attitude, Computer knowledge, Managing people, Negotiation skills
- Explain the customer about the company's products and services
- Carry out various marketing activities set by the company
- Should handle customers with strong confidence level and positive attitude
- Should be able to build good relationship and trust with clients
Salary: 6000 - 12000 (additional: incentive)
Candidate Profile
Education: Any Graduates
Languages known: Tamil - Must, English
- Computer and Internet Knowledge
- Freshers are also preferred
- Any short term diploma computer courses will be added advantage
