Roles & Responsibilities:
• Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
• Assign the customer complaints to Technical Engineers
• Coordinate with technical engineers and give an update to the customers
• Once complaint is resolved informed the same to the customer and cross check with them whether the complaint has been resolved
• Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the Reporting Manager.
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
• Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Customer Support Executive Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in administration or related field.
• A minimum of 1 years' experience will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
