India has three famous tea growing regions that is home to lakhs tea plantations. We are having a unique tea sourcing and processing technique that guarantee the freshness from crop to cup. We work with the known tea gardens and we procure tea leaves within 1 to 2 days of sampling and keep them under 3-4% moisture levels. The plucking of the soft two leaves and the bud is generally undertaken by trained women, because of the agility of feminine hands. We also understand the complicated physical and chemical changes in the leaf as the manufacture progresses. Next, we hand sort and clean the whole leaves for impurities, before we vacuum pack and store them in a controlled dehumidified environment.
