I am a private party, auto enthusiastic and hobby mechanic looking to buy USED CAR(s) or SUV, preferably European brands like Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, Volvo, Jaguar, Range Rover etc., but Indian or Japanese brands will be fine as well if vehicle in good shape.

Main Criteria:
Engine and Transmission systems, including control modules MUST NOT have any critical issues and fluid leaks etc.
Transmission: Manual or Automatic
No of owners: Does not matter.
Age or year of manufacture: 2000 to 2017
Fuel: Petrol or Diesel or certified alternate
Odometer: Less than 125000 Kms (MUST BE ACTUAL and working)
Some mechanical, electrical and electronic issues are okay as long as the original equipment is still present in the vehicle.
Vehicle must not have been involved in a major accident or tampered with, including replacement of original equipment other than custom wheels and tires.
Vehicle interior and exterior must not have major damage, but some scratches and dents are okay. Body Paint and clear coat must be good, and vehicle must not have been salvaged, wrecked or flooded or otherwise improperly used and abused at any point of time.
Selling party should have in their legal possession all necessary original documents, forms and papers, besides must be willing to cooperate in every manner for completing the sale legally as stipulated by RTO, state and transportation department authorities in India, and further must be prepared to surrender or transfer any/all of them to the buyer at the time of sale, including delivery of the vehicle.
