T1 Prima Truck Racing Championship is a truck racing championship in India by Tata Motors. The inaugural T1 Prima Truck Racing Championship was held by Tata Motors at the Buddh International Circuit in 2014.There were twelve Prima trucks which were divided into six teams having two trucks each. The Tata Motors truck was modified as per guidelines of British truck racing championship Association to provide maximum safety and performance.
Tata Motors announced Season III of the T1 Prima Truck Racing Championship 2016, scheduled to be held on March 20, 2016, at the Buddh International Circuit (BIC), Greater Noida. Season III of T1 Prima Truck Racing Championship will also feature an Indian truck drivers race for the first time.
