Additionally, Microsoft is offering two Server versions aimed at small businesses, Windows Server 2012 Foundation and Windows Server 2012 Essentials.

So you get such features as DirectAccess, NIC teaming, Storage Spaces, and more. Aside from the high-end scalability and virtualization stuff, if it’s in Windows Server 2012, it’s in Essentials 2012 too.
