Candidate Requirement: Marketing Manager/Marketing Executive – Sales
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identifying new markets and business opportunities.
• Convincing prospective clients representing the organization to handle their sale and agree the terms.
• Making appointments and sending out details of new properties on the market.
• Gather market and customer information and providing feedback on buying trends.
• Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase.
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and close sales
• Reviewing his own sales performance
